Alpaca Yoga · Breathe, Stretch, Smile
Surrounded by mountains, meadows, and these wonderfully gentle animals, yoga becomes just a little bit more relaxing. The session lasts about 90 minutes and is led by yoga instructor Astrid Thurner. Afterward, there’s still time for a cup of tea and a few peaceful encounters with the alpacas. For everyone who sees exercise not as a competition, but as a gentle way to reconnect with themselves.
