Departure

We kindly ask you to vacate your room for our housekeeping by 11:00 am on the day of departure. If occupancy permits, a late check-out is possible on request for an additional charge. Of course, you are welcome to store your suitcase with us (see suitcase storage).

Doctor

In life-threatening situations, please call 112. You can reach the medical on-call service on 0 - 116 117.

Bathrobe & sauna towel

A bathrobe and sauna towels are available to you free of charge during your stay. We have prepared this for you in a bath bag in your room.

You are welcome to exchange your sauna towels in the sauna area, you will find fresh towels in the relaxation room. 

Bed linen

All are allergy-free bed linen. The facilities are available on request. Please select 99.

Iron & ironing board

are available to borrow on request. Please contact reception.

We will be happy to collect it again after use.

Express check-out

Would you like to relax on your day of departure? No problem, you can pay your final bill the evening before and just hand in your room key at reception on the day of your departure.

Electric charging station

Have you arrived with your electric car? There are charging stations for your vehicle both in our underground parking garage and in the inner courtyard. To reserve a charging point, please contact reception.

Bike rental / e-bike

You can rent bikes and e-bikes at reception from April to October.

Prices:

Bike: 4 hours € 5.00 / 8 hours (full day) € 10.00

E-bike;: 4 hours € 10.00 / 8 hours (full day) € 20.00Fitness equipment

You will find it in the hallway to the wellness area after the spa reception.

Luggage service

We are happy to help with your luggage at any time - just let us know when we can collect your luggage.

Main entrance

The main entrance is located opposite the lobby. The door is locked from 0:00 and can be opened at any time with the black chip on your key.

Dogs

We are animal lovers! We are therefore happy to accommodate your dog up to a certain size. We charge € 20.00 per night (without food). Out of consideration for the community of our guests and due to hygiene regulations, please note that pets are not allowed in the buffet restaurant. We will be happy to reserve a table for you in the library. Please contact the staff in the restaurant.

Hygiene articles

If you forget or miss something, the reception will have a small selection of hygiene articles ready for you.

Coffee & cake

From 10:30 - 17:00 you will find a selection of fresh cakes and tarts at our cake counter in the "stelldichein".

Kaiserhof "Elemente SPA"

Our Elemente Spa team, with our long-standing and experienced staff, looks forward to making your visit even more relaxing.

You are sure to find your favorite from a wide range of treatments. You can make appointments at the SPA reception. You are also welcome to book your appointment online , by WhatsApp: 0155/60740864 or by e-mail: elemente.spa@kaiserhof-victoria.de. 

Our hotel guests can of course use the wellness area on the first floor free of charge (with a chip on the key) during opening hours.

Culture & ticket sales

For special events or excursions, please contact the tourist information office. This offers a wide range of services all year round and is located just a few minutes' walk from our hotel. The spa administration is open for you daily from 09:00 to 18:00.

The spa concert times can be found in the event calendar at reception, admission is free on presentation of your spa card. 

Luggage storage

You are welcome to leave your luggage in our luggage room.

Please register for this at reception.

Luggage rack

Available at any time. Dial 99 and we will be happy to have it brought to your room. 

Pillow & additional blanket

We have a selection of different pillow sizes available for you. Of course, you can also receive additional blankets. Please contact reception or inform our friendly housekeeping staff of your request in person.

Chargers

A selection of chargers is available for you at reception at all times.

Minibar

Each of our rooms has a minibar. Please refer to the list in your room for an overview of products and prices.

We will be happy to fill your minibar with additional drinks on request; you can place your order at reception daily until 7pm

Non-smoking

The entire hotel is a non-smoking hotel, so smoking is not permitted in any of the indoor areas. Please note: if you do smoke in your room, we will have to charge you a cleaning fee of € 150.00. Smoking at an open window is also not permitted.

Sewing kit

You will find a sewing kit in your closet.

Emergency doctor

In important cases, please call the emergency number 0 - 112 directly.

Emergency exits / emergencies

Please follow the instructions on your room door and in the corridors on how best to behave in an emergency for your own safety.

Umbrella

If the weather is not so nice, we have umbrellas available for you at reception.

 Sauna / SPA

The sauna area is open from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Use of the sauna is free of charge for our hotel guests (with a chip on the key). Use is at your own risk; if necessary, ask your family doctor for advice on using the sauna in advance.

Safe

The operating instructions can be found on the safe in the closet. Use of the safe is free of charge for our guests.

Please note that the hotel cannot accept any liability for your valuables here either.

You also have the option of using the central safe at reception.

Shoeshine machines

Are located in the main building on the first floor and in Haus Dietz.

Swimming pool

The swimming pool is open from 07:00 to 22:00.

The water temperature is 29°C. Use is at your own risk.

Side entrance

The door is locked from 0:00 am. Please ring the bell for the night porter.

You can open the side entrance yourself at any time using the chip on your room key.

Slippers

Available free of charge at reception at any time.

Socket adapters

Available on request at reception.

Telephone

Your telephone number is: 0971 / 701 + room number.

To contact another room, dial only the 3-digit room number.

Please dial 0 for the outside line for outside calls. Then dial the telephone number as usual.

Example: 0 (outside line) 0971 (area code) 7010 (telephone number)

Laundry service

We will wash and iron your laundry for a fee. Please use the laundry bag provided. You will find this and the price list in your closet. Please contact reception on telephone number 99 or leave the laundry with your chambermaid. (Drop off by 09:00, return within 24 hours, excluding weekends).

Dry cleaning is not available at the hotel.

Linen change

You will receive fresh bed linen every 4 days. For this, please use the linen card which you will find on your bed. 

Wake-up service

For your personal wake-up call, please contact reception.

WLAN

You can use our "Victoria" network free of charge and without a password.

Newspapers

We offer a selection of newspapers and magazines for sale at reception.
