The bamboo massage is a holistic massage treatment using bamboo sticks of different lengths and thicknesses.

These round polished sticks have a pleasant cooling effect in summer and can be warmed up in winter.

The various massage techniques, such as rolling, kneading, levering and tapping, release deep-seated tension in a soothing way. This has a positive effect on muscles, fascia, trigger points, reflex zones and meridians. Pure coconut oil is used.

This massage gives a wonderful feeling of lightness and relieves everyday stress.
