Every Sunday, we serve you happiness out of the hat in our WeinRestaurant Achtele!

A new evening dish as an alternative to the classic fondue.

We have reinterpreted the old form of "Mongolian Barbecue".

An iron hat with pointed spikes is heated strongly and then topped with meat and vegetables. In the brim of the hat comes vegetable broth with vegetable julienne in which all delicious meat and vegetable juices are collected. During grilling on pointed spikes, the meat is frequently doused with the soup. This way everything stays deliciously tender. Let us convince you of the new way of grilling/cooking.

We serve delicious sauces, salad, potatoes and garlic bread.

Alternatively, you are welcome to pre-order a fondue chinoise or cheese fondue that evening.
