Smoking, a forgotten but very valuable ritual, is not only supportive at Christmas, but all year round. In a workshop with mental trainer Sigrid Pichler, you will be shown which resins and herbs are suitable for the desired effects and how to use them correctly. On this afternoon, you will create your own incense sticks according to your personal taste. You can then take your home-made incense home with you and another little harmonizing surprise awaits all workshop participants.
