Sauna Experiences

Start your Sunday off on a relaxed note and experience our varied Aufguss program. At 11:00 a.m., enjoy a purifying scrub in the steam room that gently nourishes your skin and prepares it for the heat. At 12:00 p.m., Franz will guide you to a deep sense of inner peace during a meditative singing bowl infusion. Julia & Mario will wrap up the session at 2:00 p.m. with a nature-inspired forest bathing infusion full of fresh forest aromas. Treat yourself to this relaxing break for body and mind.
