Take a seat! Let yourself be inspired!
Yoga philosophy views humans as part of the universe and not separate from it. Thus, the elements, the seasons, and the positions of the stars and planets not only have their own rhythm—but also influence us. Each of the five Ayurvedic elements represents specific qualities. Discover how the qualities of the elements are reflected in nature, the life cycle, the body, and our experiences.
"Ayur" and "Veda" are Sanskrit terms meaning, in essence, the "knowledge" of "life"
It is based on thousands of years of experience and observation.
- All events are open to all
- Fee for the yoga class: 15 euros. The talk is free of charge. All proceeds and donations from the day will be collected for the WWF project #yogafürartenvielfalt
- Location: Yoga class under the large walnut tree on the shady meadow. In case of rain, we will be in our cozy gym. The short talk will take place in the cozy courtyard garden.
- Equipment: Feel free to bring your own equipment, if available.
- Led by Katja Eberle, yoga teacher and sports scientist specializing in health promotion.
