Discover the wonderful itineraries selected by our collaborator and mid-mountain guide Giulia Giudici.
The hike to Lake Fellaria is one of the most beautiful treks to do in Lombardy: here you can see a glacier up close.
Starting from Campomoro, you cross the wall of the Gera dam (m. 1990) to traverse to the opposite side and climb on the marked path that cuts north-northeastward the flank of Sasso Nero until, after a few bends, you reach the plateau of the Bignami refuge (m. 2385). From here continue on the glaciological path dedicated to Luigi Marson, professor at the Royal Technical Institute of Sondrio and member of the Italian Geographical Society, to the wonderful Lake Fellaria.
