Take the Almentaxi from Obsteig for a comfortable ride to the Marienbergalm at 1,622 meters and enjoy the impressive mountain scenery around the Mieminger Plateau at your own leisure.
Once there, you’ll have about three hours to spend—perfect for a leisurely hike, a delightful stop for refreshments, and unforgettable views of the Tyrolean countryside. A great hiking tip is the Marienbergjoch at 1,789 meters, which can be reached in about 1.5 hours round trip.
The meeting point is at the Obsteig Municipal Office, Oberstrass 218, 6416 Obsteig; you’ll receive the exact return time directly from the bus driver. With a valid Welcome Card, the corresponding terms and conditions apply; the card must be presented to the driver. Please note that a child seat is mandatory for children ages 2 to 5 and must be booked in the shopping cart, while children under 2 years of age may ride on their parents’ laps. Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the event, and if the event is canceled by the provider, any participation fees already paid will be refunded in full.
