TECHNIQUE - IMPULSE - HOUR


Elastic, light and lively running and walking!

- with slow jogging - learn the most important technical features.

- with fascia walking - based on medical walking


Basics to keep your structures healthy and relieve strain in the long term, when running, hiking, walking, strolling, ....


What's special:

-Walking and jogging sequences alternate. This means that people with a low fitness level can also take part (max. 2 km distance).

- Experienced runners also benefit.

-You decide whether you want to focus more on walking or slow jogging.


PROFESSIONALLY GUIDED

by Katja Eberle. As a qualified sports scientist, she attaches great importance to functional alignment and technique. Katja is a medical walking trainer, fascia walking course instructor, reactive walking trainer and slow jogging professional trainer.


* Please register in good time

* no previous experience required.

* remember to wear weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes

* in wet weather we will be in the gym (no street shoes!)


* free of charge for Wirthshof guests

* one experience per day free of charge for Wellpass

* external guests please pay in cash or use your multiple card:

45 min course unit 8 euros

60 min course unit 10 euros
