Pure relaxation: we immerse ourselves in a nourishing and deeply relaxing yin practice for body, mind and soul. By holding the various positions for longer, we achieve an intensive effect right down to our deep muscles, tendons, ligaments and bones. Our connective tissue is stimulated and this stimulates the entire circulation in our body. Step by step, we achieve a deep state of relaxation that has a calming and stress-reducing effect. As part of the Seven Senses Yoga Retreat, this class is accompanied by aromatic oils to experience even deeper relaxation.
