Room heating information

The room heating is active in the morning from 7:00 to 9:00 and in the afternoon from 2:00 to 8:00. At all other times it is switched off.

Each room is equipped with individually adjustable radiators, with the exception of the Dolomites Garden rooms and the Pares room number 302, which are preset to 21 °C. A wall-mounted screen allows the temperature to be increased by up to +5 °C. The Residence Star Suite does not have a radiator but is heated via underfloor heating. Here as well, a wall-mounted screen allows the temperature to be increased by up to +5 °C.

In the bathrooms, heating is active in the morning from 7:00 to 9:00 and in the afternoon from 4:00 to 8:00. In the Dolomites Garden rooms, the Pares room number 302, the Residence Star Suite and the Castello Star Suite, the bathroom radiator is activated by a button at the bathroom entrance and remains on for approximately 40 minutes.

For sustainability reasons, the refrigerator is switched off upon arrival; once turned on, it emits heat similar to a small electric heater.

Air conditioning ensures a pleasant level of comfort throughout the entire restaurant area as well as in the Castello Star Suite; in the Castello Star Suite, the temperature can be individually adjusted by up to 5°C.
