Bregenzerwald mountain cheese is one of the region's flagship products. See how a tasty mountain cheese is made from fresh, silage-free raw milk according to ancient tradition. You will gain an insight into rural dairy farming and hard cheese production. The "cheese makers" will show you around the farm and will be happy to answer all your questions. Taste a piece of nature.
