Brand new in our imaginative framework program you will find a forest walk with all senses. During our journey of discovery in the soothing coolness of the forest, you will discover nature in a whole new way with all your senses.

Our approximately one-hour hike begins conveniently and time-savingly right at the Aktiv Resort. The little time out will do your immune system good, as you and your group come to rest with a few breathing and relaxation exercises.

A little insight into what you can expect during this social program:

We mindfully view the sky, clouds, and glittering sunbeams in the treetops. When we look up into the mighty roof of the giant beeches, we become aware of how small and insignificant some things suddenly seem in view of this perspective.

When our conscious gaze wanders to the ground, we discover beautiful details such as filigree blossoms, colorful leaves and bizarre root formations.

We hear the rustling of leaves, the chirping of birds, the cracking of twigs under our feet.

We feel the sun's rays hitting our skin, we feel the wind brushing over our bodies, we feel the soft forest floor under our feet.

We smell the foliage, the leaves and how good flowers smell.
