Around the Hofburg

The Hofburg ensemble is one of Bressanone's most important sights. The Hofburg was built in the 13th century by the prince bishops of Bressanone and repeatedly rebuilt in the years that followed. While the Hofburg garden on the south side is not open to the public, the Herrengarten forms an oasis of peace for the many guests in the city.
