On the way you are on the theme trail "Via Vinum Venostis", which leads you along the Waal, through vineyards and chestnut forests to the vintner of the Himmelreichhof. Our Törggele - and hiking expert Roman will accompany you and tell you interesting facts about viticulture, chestnut forests and the custom of Törggelen. At our first stop at the Lehengut, winegrower Thomas Planck will welcome you and tell you about the special features of organic winegrowing in the Vinschgau Valley, based on his winery. Together we will walk through the vineyards and taste one of his wines. After the stop at the Lehengut you will reach the Himmelreichhof in Tschars, where winemaker Markus Fliri and his wife Jutta will welcome you. You can look forward to an original South Tyrolean snack. Finally, a shuttle will pick you up at the Himmelreichhof and take you directly back to the hotel.
