AQUA FIT
-Our water gymnastics sessions are divided into 3 areas.
-In Aqua Shape we use the water resistance for a full body workout.
-In Aqua Noodle we use the buoyancy of the noodle for strength training and in Aqua Lauf ABC we move the body with exercises that we would find difficult outdoors.
This course has been tested by the Central Prevention Testing Center and is approved as a prevention course in accordance with §20 Para. 2 SGB V. Please contact us for further information.
