Guided Tour FORST

The Forst Brewery is the largest brewery in South Tyrol and the largest family-run brewery in Italy.

During this guided tour, you will have the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of this traditional company, which was founded in 1857. You will gain practical insights into the production processes of FORST beer specialties and experience the production firsthand: the brewhouse, the fermentation and storage cellars, the bottling process, and logistics.

After approximately 1.5 hours, the tour ends. In addition to the guided visit, each participant will receive a voucher for a freshly tapped beer as well as a souvenir 😊

From April to October 2026, guided tours in German take place every Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., and from May to October 2026 additionally every Tuesday at 11:00 a.m.

Guided tours in Italian take place every Thursday from April to October at 11:00 a.m., and from June to September at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. In August, guided tours are organized almost every day during the week.

We are happy to accept registrations Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 16:00 p.m.

Participation is only possible with prior telephone registration.
