Hike to the Schimanberger Alm

From the hotel, drive to the end of Waidegg. There you turn left and drive to Schimanberg. In Schimanberg turn right in the direction of Tramun. Follow the road until you reach the road barrier, where you can park your car. Follow the marked forest road in the direction of Schimanberger Höhe. First take trail no. 17, then continue on trail no. 20. After some time you will reach a hunting lodge. There you turn left. Follow the marked circular path. At the end of this path turn right. From there it is only 15 minutes to the Schimanberger Alm.
