From spruce to spruce: the forests of St. Johann Alpendorf are rich in healing spruce trees, which provide valuable support, especially in winter. In this outdoor workshop, we discover everything that can be made from spruce, how it is used for culinary purposes and why "good luck with bad luck" is particularly true for this conifer.
