Krimml Waterfalls - the largest in Europe

Absolutely recommended in summer is a visit to the Krimml Waterfalls - the fifth highest waterfalls in the world - amidst the dreamlike scenery of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The particularly impressive location of the natural spectacle at the end of the valley, the great masses of water and the extraordinary drop height of 380 m over three steps will amaze you. Our tip for a relaxing hike: Walk along the old Tauern Trail up to the Schönangerl Inn and down the waterfall trail. Walking time is about 1 hour and you avoid a stretch the mass tourism.
