You don’t need to bring anything—we provide each participant with their own singing bowl to borrow for the entire weekend.\n\nWhat to expect:\n\n- Group welcome session - Yoga session to settle in: Being present in harmony with nature. You’ll receive a singing bowl to borrow and practice with on your own.\n\n- Mindful Morning: A conscious start to the day with yoga in the garden – grounding asanas and selected pranayama exercises activate the body, get your life energy flowing, and provide stability, awareness, and space to breathe deeply\n\n- Pure Nature: 3-hour hike through the Allgäu with a nourishing picnic – immerse yourself in nature, in silence or in conversation. Away from the external, into the internal – how do you see things?
