Beach Yoga with Sea View

Feel the sand beneath your feet and the sound of the sea as you bring your body and breath into harmony. These 90-minute sessions feature flowing yoga exercises in the fresh North Sea air—no prior experience is necessary. The sessions take place from April through October at various beach locations in the center of the island—and if the weather isn’t cooperating, classes will be held at the studio in Westerland. You can sign up flexibly for open sessions or schedule a private session.
