The best fondue variety at Lake Achensee

Everyone can choose their own personal culinary highlight.

*Classic meat fondue in oil or broth,

- only the highest quality meat is served: fillet of beef and pork, chicken breast and sausages. Served with chips, 3 different homemade sauces made according to mom's recipe, fresh vegetables and salad, ... mmm... simply a delight

*vegetarian or vegan vegetable fondue, possible

*in a vegan fondue, the sauces and garlic butter are prepared using only plant-based products

*the original Swiss cheese fondue

A traditional recipe from Moitie Moitie with original Swiss cheeses such as Gruyère, Vacherin & Appenzeller, directly from the alpine dairy, is lovingly stirred by Marco, spiced up with a few secret ingredients, infused with a high-quality wine and, of course, refined with fine cherry schnapps from the Eder distillery.

A little schnapps in a little pot and one in a little jug ;-)

We prepare our fresh ingredients with lots of love especially for your visit.

We therefore ask for your understanding:

Cancellations free of charge are possible until 12:00 noon at the latest on the day of reservation.

For later cancellations we unfortunately have to charge a 100% cancellation fee, as the food can then no longer be used.
