Experience an unforgettable evening at the Figolalm with a vegetarian gourmet menu from Verena Ganzer!

The evening begins with a joint snowshoe hike up to the Figolalm at 1770m with our mountain guide Stefan. Once at the top, a campfire and a welcome drink await you, then you will be treated to a soul food menu by Verena. Verena focuses on mindfulness in the kitchen and during the meal and works mainly with regional products - from the grain to the cheese, everything possible comes from the region. Look forward to a creative menu with an East Tyrolean touch and matching wine accompaniment!

After dinner, we descend together on snowshoes.
