At the organic bakery in the Schmilk’sche Mühle, you’ll become a baker yourself. Together with our baker, you’ll discover the art of baking stollen, get hands-on, and learn a few little secrets of the traditional baking craft.
In between, we’ll enjoy a cozy coffee break. Time to chat, ask questions, and get in the Christmas spirit.
The best part: You’ll get your very own, homemade stollen! Pick it up from us the next day or have it shipped to your home for an additional €6.90. Whether to enjoy with your loved ones or as a personal Christmas gift—you baked this little piece of Christmas yourself.
