Hike through Swiss stone pine forests to the Tettensjoch (2,276 m) and the Höllensteinhütte

Taxis take us to the hunting lodge, and from there we begin the 1 ½ -hour ascent to the Tettensjoch, where we enjoy a magnificent view of the Tux Pre-Alps.

Via the Kreuzjoch, we hike through Swiss stone pine forests to the Höllensteinhütte and, after a leisurely stop for refreshments, back down into the valley.

Tour details:

🚶↔ Hike: approx. 4 hrs

🏔️↑ Elevation gain: approx. 420 hm

🥾 🥾Difficulty: moderate‼️Sure-footedness required!

Equipment: Hiking boots, a spare T-shirt, water bottle, sunscreen, rain/wind jacket, snack, cash for a possible stop for refreshments.

🍽️Refreshment stop: Höllensteinhütte from mid-June to mid-September
