This yoga workshop provides a practical insight into the philosophy of yoga and is aimed at beginners, those returning to yoga and anyone who would like to deepen their practice. You will learn basic postures (asanas) and build on them to create the sun salutation sequence.
This holistic unit combines asanas, breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation to strengthen the connection between body and mind. Simple exercises promote calm, serenity and new strength and energy.
