What not to miss in San Vigilio: a hike from Pederü to the Fanes mountain pasture and back, discovering a river that suddenly emerges from a crater-shaped basin, several lakes, the Marmot Parliament (a mythical place) and the life of the Pices Fanes mountain pasture. There will be a tasting of beer made with water from over 2000 meters above sea level.

Possibility to stop at the refuge (around 12.30pm), or own packed lunch

Recommended for:

Adults, families (min. 8 years), 4-legged friends who must be kept on a lead (please specify when booking)

Difficulty level:

The ascent is initially quite steep on a narrow path with a gravel surface, the descent is via a wide gravel road

How to get there

The Pederü hut, 12 km from San Vigilio, can be reached by car (parking fee) or by public transport. Up-to-date timetables are available from the tourist office.

Good to know

What you should definitely take with you: Hiking boots, jacket, water, sunscreen. Also recommended: Hiking poles

Cancellation policy

100% refund if canceled up to 6 p.m. three days before, 50% refund if canceled up to 6 p.m. two days before, no refund if canceled from 6 p.m. two days before.

If the hike is cancelled due to bad weather or other reasons, the fee paid by the customer will be refunded or converted into a voucher that can be used for another hike.

Offer description

The participation fee includes the organization as well as the administration of the activities and the guide/accompaniment during the hike.

The event must be paid in advance online or at the information office. Payment on site at the start of the event is not possible.

Registration is only valid once payment has been received. Unpaid registrations expire after 2 hours and are automatically deleted.
