Waldebenweg

Hike Description: From the valley station of the Glacier Cable Car, turn left through the fence, then right onto the wide Trail No. 16 to the footbridge; cross the stream and turn right, ascending in several switchbacks along the edge of the stream gorge, following a stone wall to the beautiful Waldeben valley basin. Now descend about 20 m to the left and then follow the trail through the mountain pine fields until it joins the Spannagelweg (AV 526); turn left again (No. 14) and continue over the Walfischmaul (boulder) and along the Sepplsteig to Hintertux, reaching the Thermal-Badhotel Kirchler (House No. 765), and from there take Trail No. 10 (Badweg) back to the valley station of the glacier cable car.
