Summit tour on the Hundstein

With its proud 2,177 meters, the Hundstein is - albeit a bit controversial - the highest grassy mountain in Europe. Every year at Jakobi, the Hundstoa-Ranggeln, a regionally prestigious wrestling match that was declared a UNESCO Intangible World Heritage Site in 2010, takes place there. The Statzerhaus invites you to stop for a break in what is probably the most beautiful spot with a view of Maria Alm and Zell am See.
