Therapeutic massage

Therapeutic massage is a massage to relieve pain. To achieve this, muscles, connective tissue, tendons and the associated lymph vessels, nerve tracts and blood vessels are stimulated via the skin. The stimulation can even have an indirect effect on the organs. The aim of therapeutic massage is to use manual stimulation to trigger a reaction that stimulates or supports a healing process. A massage also reduces stress and can therefore promote general well-being and, if necessary, includes a little kinesiotherapy.
