The careful production of the White River gin is done with a hand-forged column still of the company Holstein from Lake Constance.
The kettle contains 150 liters. As a starting product for the White River gin we use 96% spirit of wine, i.e. pure alcohol of agricultural origin. The main ingredient is the valuable and healing juniper berries, the particularly fine note is also created by the unique combination of different herbs and spices.
As the alcohol evaporates, the aromas of juniper rise and take the essential oils of up to 19 different botanicals from the aroma basket up into the so-called pear helmet.
As a local and down-to-earth farm, we attach great importance to using, as far as possible, the resources that our incomparable nature provides us with gently and to process local products.
