In bad weather, the alpine sauna and the gemstone steam bath are open from 10 am.

SAUNA RULES

The sauna experience world is a rest & nude zone!

Please do not wear swimwear for reasons of hygiene. Wrap a bath towel around your body in the alpine sauna, event sauna and in the oven, and use the seat towels in front of the cabin in the steam bath.

- Take a shower before every sauna session.

- Sweat and enjoy for 10 - 20 minutes.

- Please take care of your circulation.

- Fill up on fresh air, cool down under the rock shower

- Shower off with an overhead shower, hand shower, waterfall or Kneipp hose

- Rest and relax

Child-free zone: Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the sauna experience world.

OPENING HOURS WELL-BEAUTY CENTER

9.30 am to 8.00 pm

We offer a wide range of massages, baths and beauty treatments for your well-being at the Well Beauty Center. You will find a detailed description in our SPA brochure in your room. For appointments and information, our wellness team is available daily from 9.30 am to 12.00 pm and from 2.30 pm to 8.00 pm (extension 525).

OPENING HOURS FITNESS STUDIO

7.00 am to 7.30 pm

You can reach the fitness studio via the Well Beauty Center on the first floor. You can expect a wide range of state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment from TECHNOGYM.

In order to use the equipment efficiently and in the best possible way to suit your condition, we ask that you only use the equipment after prior explanation or instruction from our fitness & wellness trainer.
