Check-in / Check-out

Check-in

Your room will be ready for you from 14:00 on the day of arrival at the latest. Check-in takes place via the self-check-in machine.

Check-out

The latest check-out time on the day of departure is 11:00 am. It is not necessary to check out at the machine. Please simply leave the key card in the key box at the exit area.

Late check-out is only possible after consultation with the hotel reception for an additional charge and subject to availability.

If you would like to stay a little longer after check-out on the day of departure, you are welcome to leave your suitcases with us. Just ask at reception.
