Ulli's and Christian's favorite winter hike to the Rodenecker Alm

The starting point of our winter hike is the Zumis parking lot at the Platzer Alm at 1,719 m above sea level, which can be reached via Rodeneck or Lüsen. The route description is particularly simple for this tour: always follow the wide forest road trail no. 2 to the Roner Alm. Alternatively, you can also reach your destination via the Creation Trail (No. 4), which leads parallel to the left through the forest and shows some artworks on the biblical story of creation. After about 50 minutes of easy ascent, we reach the Roner Alm (Ronerhütte), newly opened in winter 2019/20, which welcomes us with good, traditional cuisine. The landscape surrounding the Roner Alm offers a lot of fun for children, there is also a small children's igloo and a small toboggan run. Back we go on the creation path no. 4, and if you have a toboggan with you, you can look forward to the descent via path no. 2. This hike is suitable for families and for all those who want to spend a leisurely winter day.
