Practice yoga playfully and with lots of fun - and experience flexibility, strength, balance, creativity, concentration, self-esteem and relaxation along the way.

These are fairy tale days at Wirthshof: movement stories and myths about yoga animals invite you to discover the fantastic world of yoga.

No registration necessary.

If the weather is nice, we practice on the meadow at the Nussbaum.

Feel free to bring your own mat.
