While we're out and about:

Answer questions about wild birds and their way of life.

Learn how you can help wild birds.

Look out for other wild animals such as marmots and deer.

Experience nature from the animals' point of view.

Focus all your senses on nature.

My name is Michel Hänggi and I am a qualified field ornithologist and excursion leader with over two decades of experience. During this time, I have had many wonderful and surprising experiences and insights, and my knowledge of plants, mammals, amphibians, reptiles and bats has grown along the way.

I am happy to share my knowledge and wealth of experience with you. We can experience nature together and learn to understand it better.

Duration: Max. 2 hours

Participation: From 6 years. Up to 15 participants

Take along: Clothing suitable for the weather. * Depending on how many animals we spot, we often stand for longer periods of time.

Optional: Binoculars, food, notes, smartphone, sun protection, etc.

Photos: Always welcome. If the birds are calm, cell phone photos can be taken through the telescope.

Dogs: Please note that taking dogs with you can startle the wild animals and they will keep a

higher distance from us.

Meeting point: In front of the reception of Pradas Resort Brigels

Costs: CHF 15 per person and walk

*The event takes place in all weathers. Outside in good weather. In bad weather, inside the Pradas Resort with hands-on demonstration materials.

Languages: the course will be held in German or English.
