The Gerstreidalm, on the sunny side of the Ellmau Valley in Großarl, is located at 1,575 meters. In about 1 hour, we’ll hike up to this alpine pasture and enjoy the magnificent view along with a hearty snack or a slice of homemade cake. The descent takes us along a beautiful trail back to the starting point at the Vorderstadluck parking lot.
