Arrival and departure

Your room will be available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am. Late check-out is possible subject to availability and by arrangement with reception.

Parking

A free guest parking lot is available.

Our shop

Our shop is open around the clock and offers a selection of drinks, snacks, postcards and small souvenirs. Stamps are available at reception.

WLAN

WLAN use is free of charge throughout the hotel. Please accept the general terms and conditions and data protection regulations when registering.

Luggage service

We will be happy to store your luggage safely for you at reception.

Found items

If you are missing an item or have found something, please contact reception.

"Do not disturb"

If you wish to remain undisturbed, please hang the "Do not disturb" sign on the outside of your room door.

We accept the following credit cards: Eurocard / Mastercard, Diers Club, American Express, Visa and JCB.

Spa and wellness area

Pool: 8:00 - 20:00 hrs | Sauna: 14:00 - 20:00 hrs. Bath and sauna towels are available at the spa reception. Towel change: 12:00-12:30 and 18:00-19:00.

Fitness room

Our fitness room is open daily from 8:00 to 22:00. Use is permitted for guests aged 16 and over.

Laundry service

Our laundry and ironing service is available daily. You will find the relevant form and price list in your room. Our team will be happy to collect your laundry by arrangement - please contact reception for this.

Room cleaning

Room cleaning takes place daily between 9:00 and 17:00. If you would like a preferred cleaning time or require additional towels, please inform reception. For the towel change, please place the used towels on the bathroom floor. Towels that are hung up will not be changed out of consideration for the environment.

Emergency exits

Please note the escape and rescue plan in your room, which is located near the room door. All emergency exits are clearly marked with illuminated signs.
