Tai Chi combines gentle movements, conscious breathing and meditation to bring body and mind into harmony. Experience relaxation, concentration and inner balance.
Tai Chi is an ancient martial art that was originally developed for self-defense, but is now primarily known as moving meditation. Slow, mindful movements calm the nervous system, reduce stress and strengthen concentration. "Taiji" symbolizes the harmonious interplay of yin and yang, "Quan" the fighting hand without weapons.
The training takes place in the Hanggarten in good weather.
