Some information for our vacation apartments

Freezer in apartment I may please be switched on and used

Dishwasher- should something glow red (rinse aid or salt) please let me know

I refill it myself- you don't need to buy it in the normal household sizes.

Waste disposal-towels

We separate waste like most at home with plastic-waste-paper-glass-cans and organic The garbage is on the left on the balcony-I come half (longer than 5 nights) of the week and take the garbage with me and exchange the towels at the same time.

Bread-eggs

If you like, I will be happy to bring fresh pastries and eggs for your breakfast to the front door. You will receive a card with a QR code from me on your arrival, please place your order by 9:30 pm at the latest - the desired goods will be delivered to your apartment door by 7:30 am the next day.

You will then receive a bread bag on the first day of your order - please put it on the chest of drawers (for apartment I) in the stairwell and apartment II on the bench in the anteroom of the apartment

Roof windows

Please do not forget to close the roof windows when you leave the apartment.

Please always open the roof windows automatically - because then they also close when it starts to rain - THANK YOU

In winter when there is snow on the roof windows, please do not open them. THANK YOU

Baking oven

The baking trays are under the oven, you also have baking paper inside, please use it too. If it is finished, please write to me via Experiences Bread Order - you will get it back from me.

Coffee machine:

Filter paper 1x4

Door

Please do not forget when you leave the house that you should take the front door key with you.

Because if the front door is closed - it is closed, of course I will gladly let you back into the house.

Theft

Please do not leave anything in front of the house or in front of the front door, please put everything in the house.

Guest card

You will receive the Alpbachtal Guest Card from me as soon as I have registered you.

You can decide since 10.07.2025 whether you would like to have the guest card in paper form or online.

W-Lan

The access code for our W-Lan is: LeiRer111

Smoking

Our apartments are both NOT smoking apartments - please do not smoke in the apartments,

There is the possibility for our guests to smoke on the balcony - please be careful with the fire our house is all made of WOOD THANK YOU

Oven

I like to heat the oven in apartment I for our guests (only me)

Lamp living room

Please turn on the lamp in the living room at night, because if there are more than 2 guests in the apartment and we also use the 2 bedrooms, the guests should be able to find their way into the anteroom without hurting themselves.

You can plug in the lamp in apartment II by the stairs in the WC.

Laundry

It can happen that something gets dirty on vacation - but it's no problem (from 3 nights)

Bring me the sorted laundry and I will be happy to wash it for you - if I can put it in the dryer I will be happy to do it and if not then you will get it back in the laundry basket and then you can hang it on the clothes horse in the apartment or on the balcony.

Toilet paper and kitchen roll

Please provide the guests themselves THANK YOU

Departure time

Please write me the departure time the day before by 9.30 pm at the latest by email - then I will come to the apartment about 10-15 minutes before. Departure times are from 6:00 - 9:00 am

If you leave earlier than 6:00 am - then I will come to your apartment the evening before.
