Many people struggle with stress and everyday problems. Relaxation and distraction often seem to be the solution. What could be better than a pleasant massage? After all, our bodies deserve a little luxury. What is often forgotten, however, is that the muscles in our face are a particularly stressed muscle group and are therefore in urgent need of relaxation. The best way to achieve this is with an Ayurvedic facial massage, the Mukabhyanga massage.
What is Mukabhyanga?
The Ayurvedic Mukabhyanga massage gently stimulates the sensitive nerves under the skin of the head and face. There are numerous energetic vital points (marma points) in the shoulder and neck area, on the scalp and on the face, which are specifically stimulated during the treatment. The mindful treatment with natural, fragrant oil opens the senses and its effect spreads throughout the entire body in a relaxing and refreshing way. The Ayurvedic head and facial treatment includes the décolleté and neck area.
What can Mukabhyanga do?
Mukabhyanga promotes blood circulation and oxygenation of the deep tissue and rejuvenates the skin. The treatment is good for headaches, tension and sleep disorders.
It is excellent for relieving stress and nervousness and can help to release physical and emotional tension and bring body and mind back into harmony.
The Ayurvedic Mukabhyanga massage gently stimulates the sensitive nerves under the skin of the head and face. This head and facial treatment includes the décolleté and neck area. Duration approx. 40 minutes (incl. 5-minute rest)
