On the way to the relaxation room, you'll feel everyday life slipping away from you, step by step. Unroll your mat in the warm light of our historic relaxation room, take a deep breath ... and notice how your body lengthens and your thoughts become clearer.
Or simply take your mat outside. Meadows, fresh mountain air and the nature around Prägraten create space for new energy. With a view of the East Tyrolean mountains, it's easy to let go and find your inner self.
