At Spirit, you can choose between two massages that are more than just a technique: the Hawaiian Lomi Lomi - flowing, rhythmic movements that harmonize body and mind. Or the Ayurvedic Abhyanga - one of the oldest healing methods in the world, which warms, loosens and centers. Both last 60 minutes. The rest of the day is all yours at Franks Wellness & Spa - infinity pool, onsen pools on the rooftop, sauna area, relaxation rooms.
If you want to start the day with a proper breakfast, you can book the breakfast buffet for €24 per person - fresh, regional, extensive.
