Arrival
You can check in at our hotel from 3.00 pm. If you arrive earlier and your room is not yet ready, you will receive your guest cards at reception, which you can then use to explore the hotel until check-in.
ALARMSIGNAL
If a loud alarm signal sounds, we ask you to leave the hotel immediately via the marked emergency exits. Please follow the instructions of our trained staff and the fire department!
Fire extinguishers and fire alarms are located on each floor and are marked on the escape plan in your room. If you suspect a fire in any part of the hotel building, please inform reception immediately.

Our outdoor pool is open from 08.00 to 20.00.
Pool size: 8x12 meters
Water temperature: approx. 27° degrees
The use of the pool is prohibited during thunderstorms.
Parents are responsible for their children!

Your guest card entitles you to free use of bus & rail within the BODO area in conjunction with a valid photo ID
Bus stop in front of the retirement home
Wasserburg train station is 1.5 km away, approx. 15 minutes on foot
Nonnenhorn train station is 1.7 km away, approx. 20 minutes' walk away
You can find the latest bus and train timetables in real time in the BODO app,
which you can install free of charge on your smartphone.

ROOF TERRACE
Enjoy the beautiful panorama with views of Lake Constance and the Alps.
You can reach our roof terrace via the spiral staircase on the 3rd floor (towards room 320)
You are welcome to take your cocktail and drinks from the hotel bar with you.
Alternatively, you can find chilled drinks in our fridge on the spiral staircase.

E-CHARGING STATION
Two charging stations for electric cars are located behind our aparthotel. Payment is made via your personal charging card. Please only use these parking spaces during the charging process. Thank you very much!

For a harmonious stay, please note the following rules:
- Dogs are not permitted in the dining areas, our lounge area or the pool facilities.

We are a non-smoking hotel and therefore ask you to smoke only in the designated areas.
Smoking is not permitted on the terraces in the half-board area.
We expressly point out that smoking is not permitted in the rooms.
