The world is a wonderful place - a place full of wonders.

In order to be able to perceive these, we have been given five senses by Mother Nature. In order for these to continue to serve us well, it is advisable to train them again and again individually, as well as their harmonious interaction.

For this we go with the whole family into nature on a journey of discovery and learn:

to observe attentively again, instead of just seeing;

to listen attentively again, instead of only hearing;

to feel consciously again, instead of just feeling;

to sniff intensively again, instead of just smelling;

to eat again mindfully, instead of only tasting.

And all this will be garnished with making small instruments together from previously collected natural materials.
