In candlelight yin yoga, poses are held for several minutes without physical exertion to promote deceleration and fascial relaxation. This meditative yoga practice is based on seated and lying postures that are held for a longer period of time and provides a beneficial balance for body, mind and soul in an atmospheric setting.
