In this soothing session, we specifically release tension in the neck and back area. With gentle exercises, simple self-massage techniques and effective acupressure, we bring movement into stuck structures, promote blood circulation and give new lightness not only to the neck and shoulder area.

The session is suitable for everyone - without any previous experience - and invites you to feel more consciously in your own body again. For more flexibility, relaxation and an all-round good body feeling.
