Hike: Krimml Waterfalls

We drive together in our own car to Krimml, where our hike begins. The ascent takes us along the historic Tauernweg up into the impressive Krimmler Achental, surrounded by spectacular mountain scenery. The way back leads spectacularly along the Krimml Waterfalls - the highest in Europe - back to the starting point.

Meeting point: 10.00 am, music pavilion (own arrival by car)

Ascent: approx. 500 m

Walking time: approx. 4.5 hours

Total duration: approx. 6 hours

Note: good footwear required (hiking boots recommended)
